babycare® (Pvt) Ltd is a specialized retailer of products for mothers-to-be, babies and children up to the age of five. During the establishment of the first babycare® store in Sri Lanka , Kiribathgoda in 1998 the business initially focused on clothing for children up to age five and maternity clothing. However, with the expansion of the company, babycare® subsequently widened their range to include nursery furniture and later clothing for children up to age of eight and now it offers a vast choice of maternity, children clothing, furniture , home furnishing, bedding , feeding , bathing travel equipment and toys through retail operations in Sri Lanka.
babycare® (Pvt) Ltd first started as a sole proprietor and in 2002 it was transformed into a partnership business. In 2005, by entering into agent agreements the company has grown to be a leading wholesaler in the industry, such as the sole agent for Apple Baby products in Sri Lanka.
Under the leadership and guidance of babycare® (Pvt) Ltd Chairman Mr. L.H.C Danister to the growth of the company has led to the opening of three show rooms at Kolpetty, Nugegoda and Kiribathgoda, which has resulted in a massive increase in customer base, that has led us to diversify our product range even more in order to offer our clients a larger selection of quality baby care products.
