  • Make daytime feeds social and lively

Night time feeds will help your baby to understand and learn the difference between day and night. and also

It supports some calm time 30 minutes before you begin your schedule. Switch off the TV and slowing down exercises will set the scene and help your infant to relax.

  • If your baby is over six months ,Give an object to your baby

For example, an Baby Blanket or a soft toy. At around a half year or seven months, your infant starts to become aware of separation from you, so having a natural object in her bed can be making her feel better during the evening. But please note you should not give your child a soft toy or any other object if she’s younger than 6 months,Before putting the toy in her bed, keep it closer to you for some time so it will have scents of you. Please note babies have a strong sense of smell, and when she startles awake, the smell of you will calm her down.

  • Hold up to check whether your child settles by herself.

If she is four months or five months old, she’s probably going to require few night feeds and might have the capacity to sleep more. if she’s crying even though after you put her down, listen for a couple of moments before you go to her,as this gives her an opportunity to attempt to settle herself. But if she keeps on crying, go to her and pat her tenderly and calm her down from saying everything’s, however it’s the ideal time for her to sleep. At that point leave the room and sit tight for two or three minutes, at that point check once more. After the third or fourth attempt, regardless you feel she’s getting distressed, Then you might need to lift her up to check whether she’s doing good. if everything’s fine, Please repeat the above process.
